These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and T-Social ("T-Social", "we", "us"), the operator of the T-Social Mini App for Telegram at t-social.me and the bot @TSocialAppBot (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
T-Social is an independent social media Mini App for Telegram. You can browse short video clips and text threads ("Threads"), like, follow and share, and tap "Chat" to open a creator's own Telegram chat. Conversations take place in Telegram, not in T-Social. T-Social is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are allowed to use it under the laws that apply to you. We may ask you to confirm your age again, and we may remove accounts we believe belong to anyone under 18.
You sign in with your Telegram account. We receive your Telegram user id, name, @username and profile photo as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Telegram account secure. Tell us at ronanccy1@gmail.com if you think someone is using your account without permission.
You agree not to:
You keep ownership of the clips, threads, photos, bios and other content you upload ("User Content"). You promise that you own it or have the rights and permissions needed to post it, and that it follows these Terms.
You give T-Social a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute your User Content within T-Social, and to make the technical copies needed to run the Service (for example resized versions and caches). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except that copies may remain in caches and backups for a limited time before they are removed.

Uploads are checked by automated moderation provided by AWS, and anyone can report content. We may review, restrict or remove any content, and suspend or end any account, at any time and without notice if we believe it breaks these Terms or creates risk for others or for the Service. Automated checks are not perfect, and we do not promise that all prohibited content will be caught or that every removal will be correct. You can delete your own content at any time from your account.
Creators are independent account holders responsible for their own accounts, content and conversations, and may use third-party tools or assistants to manage their accounts and messages. T-Social does not review everything creators or users say or do, and does not guarantee the identity, accuracy or conduct of any user.
Conversations started with Chat happen on Telegram. T-Social does not control or monitor them and is not responsible for them or for any purchases made there. Anything you agree to, pay for or share in those conversations is between you and the other party. Be careful, and never send money or personal information to someone you do not trust.
You can use T-Social free of charge. Posting beyond the free allowance shown in the app needs the paid "T-Social Creator" subscription. The price is currently 2,000 Telegram Stars per month, or an equivalent amount of TON, and is shown in the app before you pay. We may change prices or the free allowance, and changes will apply to future periods.

The Service depends on third parties, including Telegram, TON wallets and the TON network, and our hosting and infrastructure providers. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their services, outages or actions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that content is accurate, safe or lawful, or that you will gain any audience, income or result from using the Service.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, T-Social and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of the Service, from content or conduct of other users, or from anything that happens on Telegram or other third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose, or 50 US dollars, whichever is greater. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.
You agree to defend and compensate T-Social and its operator against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.
You can stop using the Service and delete your content or account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you break these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or other people. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as licences needed for backups, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnity, will survive.
We may update these Terms and the other legal pages from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms. If a change is significant we will try to tell you in the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator is based, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
