Copyright and Content Removal

Effective date: 1 October 2026

T-Social respects the rights of creators and owners. If you believe content on T-Social infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it.

How to send a takedown notice

Email ronanccy1@gmail.com with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

  • your name and contact details (email, and a postal address if you have one);
  • a description of the work you say was copied, with a link to the original if there is one;
  • a link to, or the @username and a description of, the content on T-Social you want removed;
  • a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner;
  • your signature (typing your full name is fine).

Please do not send a notice unless you are sure. Knowingly false notices can have legal consequences.

What we do

When we receive a complete notice we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content and tell the person who posted it.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that you have the right to use it, email ronanccy1@gmail.com with the subject "Counter-notice" and include your name and contact details, a description of the removed content and where it appeared, a statement that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your signature. We may pass your counter-notice to the person who complained. If they do not tell us they are taking legal action within a reasonable time, we may restore the content.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing content may be restricted or permanently removed.
