Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what T-Social ("we", "us") collects when you use the T-Social Mini App (t-social.me and @TSocialAppBot), why, and what choices you have. It should be read with our Terms of Service.

1. What we collect

  • From Telegram when you connect: your Telegram user id, name, @username and profile photo.
  • Profile details you add: an uploaded profile photo (if you choose one), bio and an optional channel.
  • Content you upload: clips, threads and anything else you post.
  • Activity: likes, follows, views and watch time.
  • Payment records: that a payment was made, its amount, date and status, in Telegram Stars or TON. We do not receive or store card details.
  • Reports: reports you make about content, and reports made about your content.
  • Basic technical data: standard server and security logs such as IP address and device type, created when you use the Service.

We do not collect your phone number, contacts or messages from Telegram chats. Conversations that start with Chat happen on Telegram, and we do not see them.

2. Why we use it, and our legal bases

  • To run the Service: sign you in, show your profile and content, and support likes, follows and sharing. We need this to provide the Service you asked for.
  • To process subscriptions and keep payment records, to carry out our agreement with you and to meet legal and accounting duties.
  • To keep T-Social safe: automated moderation, handling reports, preventing abuse and fraud. This is our legitimate interest in running a safe service, and sometimes a legal duty.
  • To understand and improve the Service, for example which content is viewed and for how long, and to rank and recommend content. This is our legitimate interest.
  • To answer your messages and requests.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

We use these service providers (processors) to run T-Social:

  • AWS for hosting, file storage and automated content moderation.
  • A managed Postgres database provider that stores our application data.
  • Telegram, which provides sign-in and Stars payments, and which handles any Chat conversations under its own policy.

Your public profile, bio and content are visible to other users of T-Social. We may also share information if the law requires it, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect people or the Service, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the Service. TON payments are made with your own wallet and are recorded on a public blockchain outside our control.

4. How long we keep it

  • Activity statistics (likes, views, watch time) are kept for about 35 to 90 days.
  • Content you upload is kept until you delete it or your account. Copies may remain in caches and backups for a limited time afterwards.
  • Account details are kept while your account is active.
  • Payment records are kept for as long as accounting, tax and legal rules require.
  • Reports and moderation records are kept as long as needed to keep the Service safe and to handle disputes.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect your data. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict some uses, and receive a copy. You can delete your own content in the app at any time. To request access, deletion of your account and data, or to ask any privacy question, email ronanccy1@gmail.com from your account details so we can find you (for example, include your Telegram @username). We will reply within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with our answer, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Children

T-Social is for adults aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 is using T-Social, email ronanccy1@gmail.com and we will remove the account and its data.

8. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual terms, for those transfers.

9. Cookies and local storage

T-Social does not use advertising cookies. The app stores a few small preferences on your device, such as your sound setting and your age confirmation, using local storage. You can clear them in your browser or Telegram settings, and the app will ask again where needed.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will try to tell you in the app.
